How to create a Google Cloud Launcher package? -


google cloud has click-to-deploy "cloud launcher" makes easy deploy software packages on vms. company interested in creating 1 of these click-to-deploy packages.

what process create 1 of these packages? sort of thing open developer? , how in contact right people sort of thing?
