ios - Pass touch events from horizontal UICollectionView to vertical UITableView superview -


i have uitableview scrolls vertically. in each cell, there uicollectionview scrolls horizontally. make user can scroll table view vertically, while horizontal collection view being scrolled horizontally.

however, when drag horizontally in collection views, vertical motion not passed on scrollview. how can touch events in collection views scroll view superview?

i've seen bunch similar questions, none seem address specific issue -- of them concerned getting scrolls superview subviews, , handle in ways aren't applicable here, setting properties such delayscontenttouches.
