How to sync Intellij Idea clipboard with the window's clipboard? -


i using intellij idea ide. whenever try copy , paste code browser ide, not being pasted. last selection in ide pasted every time. if paste in other application notepad, works fine.

what need do?

i solved problem restarting intellij `invalidate cache\restart" menu option. prior restarting i'd had copied clipboard outside ide couldn't paste, afterward paste. didn't investigate if restarting have worked. menu option provides nice way of closing intellij windows @ once on windows.
