Google Cloud DNS not working for me -

i did following steps domain not getting resolved:

  1. i created zone (file) in google cloud -> networking -> cloud dns using right dns name domain.
  2. i put these ns shown in registrar setup domain registrar:

    ns-cloud-c1.googledomains.com ns-cloud-c2.googledomains.com ns-cloud-c3.googledomains.com ns-cloud-c4.googledomains.com
  3. i waited hours until ns changes kicked in , verified in whois.

  4. my domain getting resolved.

did miss other steps? not figure out abandoned google cloud dns , went registrar's dns , working now.

make sure spelled correctly.

i had trouble other day. getting domain resolve while using google cloud services dns.

after waiting 30 hours, double checked work , found out had misspelled domain name when set dns zone.

usually google dns entries resolve pretty quickly, if domain purchased domains.google.com

the trailing . @ end has not been necessary me. infact, when using domains.google.com, trailing dot automatically removed when entered custom dns-server.
