google analytics - regionIsoCode is always (not set) -


i'm extracting data google analytics via reporting api. seeing many rows region showing value, e.g. "texas", regionisocode "(not set)". in fact, tests far result in every value of regionisocode "(not set)". confirmed data same on our google.com/analytics dashboard.

any ideas causing unusual behavior?
