Xcode version is different to the version listed in my App Store applications -


i updated xcode version 6.4. in app store says have version 6.4 installed, when run xcode says version 6.3.2.

does know how run xcode version 6.4? need uninstall , reinstall xcode?

i installed using app store , updated through app store well.

so while unable find out xcode 6.3.2 or 6.4 installed on mac, uninstalled xcode dragging application trash can , emptying recommended apple.

i reinstalled xcode 6.4 app store , appears working.

while simple thing, thought share simple solutions ones don't think about.
