audio - Philips CELP file -


i got file recorded in philips speechexec.

i've tried edit header of file open different codec didn't succeeded. used philips celp codec couldn't read either.

i got information file encrypted in speechexec transcription software application work philips kit.

so there other way decrypt file?

there no way can decrypt file philips using proprietary algorithm.
