Spatial correlogram - alternatives? -


i running project looking @ modelling future deforestation , natural regeneration in atlantic forest, brazil. data set large.

i have run incremental spatial correlogram in arcgis , output saying there no peaks, have read in case have justify scale of analysis using other criteria. stuck @ means.

i have tried running collogram in r using spdep , ncf both can not run due memory storage.

some info on data being used

  1. i have produced raster map deforestation points on it.
  2. converted point map
  3. added coordinates points

php - Improving script execution time -
