CRM 2011 - find "required attendees" in Advanced Find Appointments -


i took on crm 2011 service calendar manage appointments. build view searching selection appointments, means within time range , attendees.

so far select "appointments" , define specific time range "start time" "on or after" beginning , "end time" "on or before". both times combine , and group times or.

subsequently specify people attended these appointments shown within appointment "required". there no field filter those. seems rather awkward because possible select "required attendees" column displayed in results.

in short: how can user find appointments dynamics crm 2011 service calendar of time range a-b attendees x, y , z?

help appreciated! thanks

ps: tried kinds of ownership, not work, because attendees not ones creating, modifying or owning appointments.

activity party item "related" search criteria. contains field party includes users within crm 2011 , therefore requiered attendees aswell.
