html - Removed <Header> from printing on every page -


my program requires printer friendly version developed override browser print functionality. our banner located within <header></header> tags , displays @ top of every page when printing, only in ie. in chrome banner located @ top of first page.

is intended functionality of 2 browsers? prefer display @ top of first page (chrome's default). possible override ie functionality?
